Terms and Conditions for Free Emergency Fuel Delivery Offer
The Offer:
- 1 Free Emergency Fuel Delivery for eligible businesses.
To Claim the Offer, You Must:
- Install a Magnus Fuel Monitor: The monitor must be installed on your fuel tank(s) by Compass Fuel’s authorized team.
- Sign Up for Direct Debit: You must enroll in our direct debit payment plan to qualify for the offer.
- Use the Monitor for a Minimum of 14 Days: The fuel monitor must be in use and actively monitoring your fuel levels for at least 14 consecutive days before you can claim the offer.
- Keep the Monitor Installed: At the time of claiming the free emergency fuel delivery, the Magnus Fuel Monitor must still be installed and functioning on your tank(s).
The Offer Cannot Be Claimed If:
- The Fuel Monitor is Removed: If the Magnus Fuel Monitor is removed or disabled from your tank(s) before or at the time of claiming the offer, the offer will be void.
- Low Fuel Warnings Are Ignored: The offer will not be applicable if low fuel warnings from the monitor are ignored and not acted upon in a timely manner.
- The Emergency Delivery is for a Different Business or Premise: The offer is only valid for the business, premises, and fuel tank(s) with the installed monitor. Orders for emergency deliveries for different businesses, premises, or tanks without the monitor installed are not eligible for this offer.
