Excellent service. Held the quoted price, despite all the problems in the oil market and the massive rise in local demand. They also went out of their way to make sure I didn’t run out of oil by delivering enough to keep me going before they were able to deliver the full order (a week later).

Ordered 500 litres of kerosene for 3-5 days delivery. It turned up literally early the morning after, and the prices were cheaper than the places I usually use. Also spoke to the team on the phone after I placed the order and they were very helpful! Would recommend!

Highly recommend! Very helpful and go out of their way to offer a 5 star service! We ran out of kerosene unexpectedly and with a 6 month old baby having no heating or hot water in -6 temperatures it was certainly challenging! Compass very kindly went out of the way to get a delivery to us ASAP delivering by 9am Monday morning now that’s what you call service! Thankyou Compass!

The new boiler ran out of fuel in the middle of the night and this caused several issue's as you can imagine. A quick panicked phone call first thing and the reply was perfect, "don't worry, we'll get some out to you". Less than 1 hour later he was onsite with fuel. excellent service and really helped us out, can't thank them enough.
